Shift Supervisor

You will be responsible for managing the operations of the shift at our outlet in Sector 15, Gurgaon to ensure floor discipline and smooth operations. Your key responsibilities will include: - Ensuring the best customer service and experience by leading your team - Handling the team to ensure customers receive standardized service and food - Managing inventory and ensuring product availability for smooth operations - Preparing and generating standardized reports as required - Properly managing and handing over cash during the shift To excel in this role, you must possess: - Diploma/Certificate in Hospitality Management (highly desirable) and any graduation (mandatory) - Total experience of 4-6 years with at least 6 months to 1 year experience as a shift Supervisor (desirable) - Skills in people management, team management, customer handling, customer service, and good communication skills in English and Hindi If you are interested in this opportunity, please contact our HR team at 81304 90019 between 10:00 am - 7:00 pm from Monday to Saturday.
