Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Shift Supervisor located in Ahmedabad. The Shift Supervisor will oversee daily operations, manage staff schedules, and ensure smooth service delivery during shifts. Responsibilities include monitoring team performance, maintaining quality and hygiene standards, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing inventory. Additional duties include resolving any issues, handling customer inquiries, and supporting team training and development efforts.

Qualifications

• Team leadership, employee supervision, and performance monitoring skills
• Customer service, problem-solving, and conflict resolution abilities to ensure guest satisfaction
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and restaurant operations
• Experience in inventory management, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Strong communication, organisation, and multitasking skills
• Previous experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage or hospitality industry is preferred
• Diploma or degree in hospitality management or any related field is a plus
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
