Shift Manager

As an Assistant Restaurant Manager at Subway, you will be responsible for assisting in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure efficient and high-quality service. Your role will involve supervising and supporting the restaurant team, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, and contributing to the achievement of sales and customer service goals. You will also assist in Profit and Loss management by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labour, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actions. Operating within standard operating procedures (SOPs), you will be in charge of a designated restaurant, controlling day-to-day operations by scheduling labor, ordering food supplies, and developing the restaurant team. Your key responsibilities will include team training, ensuring customer satisfaction, quality assurance, inventory control, revenue management, team building/leadership, conflict resolution, and budgeting. Candidates with working experience in restaurants and hotels, particularly in QSR and fast food, are preferred. The preferred candidate profile includes individuals with knowledge of restaurant P&L and team handling, proven work experience as a manager, and a track record of maintaining the restaurant's revenue, profitability, and quality goals. Strong leadership, motivational, and people skills are essential for this role.
