Company Description Vandana Global Ltd has been a leading player in multiple industries since 1996, including manufacturing of Sponge Iron, TMT bars, Wire rods, Ferro Alloys, Mining, and Power (Thermal, Solar, and Wind). Role Description This is a full-time on-site role in the Greater Raipur Area for a Shift Incharge at the Sponge Iron Unit. The Shift Incharge will be responsible for overseeing and managing daily operations, coordinating with team members, ensuring production targets are met, and maintaining a safe work environment. Qualifications Proven experience in Sponge Iron production Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures Problem-solving and decision-making skills Technical understanding of Sponge Iron manufacturing processes Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical Engineering or related field Show more Show less
