About The Role

The Shift Incharge - Jr Engineer will oversee daily operations within the engineering team, ensuring that processes run smoothly and efficiently. This role involves coordinating activities, managing resources, and resolving any issues that arise during the shift. The Shift Incharge will also be responsible for ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

About The Team

The engineering team consists of skilled professionals who work collaboratively to maintain equipment and enhance operational productivity. This team values communication, teamwork, and continuous improvement. The Shift Incharge will play a key role in fostering a positive work environment and supporting team development.

You Are Responsible For

Monitoring and supervising daily engineering operations and personnel performance.
Ensuring that all safety protocols and quality measures are strictly followed.
Collaborating with other departments to facilitate smooth workflow and communication.
Providing training and support to junior engineers and staff as needed.
Maintaining and reporting on performance metrics to management.
