Job Description

Role & responsibilities Executing and ensuring Shift production plan Executing resource planning , material storage and dispatch planning of finished goods. Check and verify that all work is being carried out as per the prepared SOP. To ensure that the right quality of material is produced and to ensure that there is no quality deviation in production. Ensuring that all safety guidelines and work practices are being followed. To manage machinery maintenance/breakdown. Ensuring worker safety (wearing all PPE, emergency protection resources and training thereof). All unsafe conditions are addressed and reported immediately To provide training to supervisors, operators and workers working in the concerned departments. Shift manpower planning, scheduling and work allocation Check and verify shift wise log book /records of supers/operators Prepare Operation MIS Preferred candidate profile B.Tech/BE -Mechanical /Electrical Imitate Joiners Perks and benefits As per Company Policy
