We strive to create a positive impact within the community we serve. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a MAG Welder, located in Bhopal. The MAG Welder will be responsible for performing welding tasks using metal active gas (MAG) welding techniques. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and setting up welding equipment, reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings, performing welding operations, and inspecting completed welds to ensure they meet quality standards. The role also involves maintaining welding equipment, adhering to safety protocols, and collaborating with other team members to complete projects efficiently. Qualifications Experience with MAG welding techniques and welding equipment setup Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Knowledge of welding safety protocols and standards Attention to detail and ability to inspect completed welds for quality Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team Physical stamina and the ability to perform tasks that require standing, bending, and lifting Relevant certifications or training in welding is a plus
