Job Description

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in SharePoint development and customization (both SharePoint Online and On-Premises). Experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx), SharePoint Designer, InfoPath, and PowerShell scripting. Proficiency in SharePoint Online, SharePoint On-Premises (2013, 2016, 2019), and Office 365 integration. Expertise in developing custom web parts, event receivers, workflows, and forms. Strong knowledge of SharePoint REST API, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and jQuery. Experience with Power Automate (Flow), PowerApps, and other Power Platform tools. Familiarity with SQL Server, .NET, C#, and other backend development technologies is a plus. Understanding of governance, permissions, and SharePoint security principles. Roles and Responsibilities Design and Development: Develop custom SharePoint solutions including web parts, workflows, site templates, and custom pages. Customization: Configure and customize SharePoint functionalities to meet business requirements using SharePoint Designer, InfoPath, and other third-party tools. Integration: Integrate SharePoint with external systems such as CRM, ERP, and other business applications. Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Provide troubleshooting support for SharePoint-related issues and optimize existing SharePoint infrastructure. Security and Permissions: Manage SharePoint security groups and access permissions, ensuring adherence to organizational data security policies. Automation and Workflows: Build and deploy automated business workflows using SharePoint and Power Automate (Flow). Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with business users, stakeholders, and other technical teams to gather requirements and deliver efficient solutions. Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for all SharePoint development activities and best practices. Migration: Assist in migrating SharePoint content from on-premises to SharePoint Online or other platforms as needed.
