About the Company: Shankheshwar Design Sphere Pvt. Ltd. is a leading design and build organization known for creating innovative, sustainable spaces. We are expanding our focus into urban farming and modern agriculture systems , integrating hydroponics and IoT-based smart farming into our design projects. We are looking for a motivated professional who can independently plan, set up, and manage small-scale hydroponic farms from start to finish. Key Responsibilities: Design, plan, and set up small hydroponic farms (indoor, rooftop, or demo scale). Handle end-to-end crop management — from seed selection, nutrient formulation, and planting to harvesting. Operate and monitor IoT-based sensors and automation systems (temperature, humidity, EC, pH, etc.). Procure and source materials such as grow trays, pumps, sensors, nutrient solutions, and growing media. Maintain and troubleshoot hydroponic systems — including water circulation, lighting, and control units. Conduct trials with different crops and nutrient recipes ; document results and performance. Ensure system hygiene, pest management , and consistent yield quality. Support the team in developing commercial or demonstration models for clients and internal R&D. Required Skills & Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Agricultural Engineering , or related fields. 1–3 years of hands-on experience in hydroponic or controlled-environment farming. Working knowledge of IoT systems and automation tools for farm management. Strong understanding of nutrient management, pH/EC calibration, and crop cycles . Ability to work independently — from installation and setup to crop maintenance. Basic technical skills in plumbing, wiring, and system calibration preferred. Good communication and record-keeping skills. Passion for sustainable and technology-driven agriculture . Ideal Candidate: Self-motivated and comfortable with both field and workshop tasks. Innovative, curious, and eager to experiment with crops and system designs. Strong sense of responsibility and ownership over assigned projects. We are now looking to expand our client outreach with a dedicated sales team that will represent our brand to prospective luxury home clients. Role Overview As a Luxury Interior Sales Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients. Your role is to showcase our design expertise, inspire confidence, and bring clients into our curated design experience journey. You will introduce them to our past projects, mood boards, and 3D design concepts — eventually guiding them to meetings with our senior design team. This is not a typical sales role — it’s about consulting, storytelling, and building trust with high-net-worth individuals. Key Responsibilities Identify and connect with potential clients (new homeowners, luxury apartment buyers, referrals, developer tie-ups). Arrange client meetings at our design office and deliver curated presentations. Showcase past projects, design concepts, mood boards, and our unique working methodology. Understand client aspirations, budget range, and readiness, then qualify leads for the design team. Follow up consistently and maintain relationships until project onboarding. Maintain client database (CRM / Excel) with updates on inquiries and status. Work closely with management and design team to align proposals with client expectations. Candidate Profile Education/Background: Hotel management, luxury retail, real estate sales, premium car sales, or design/architecture graduates with strong communication skills. Experience: 2–6 years in client-facing, consultative sales (luxury industry experience preferred). Skills: Excellent spoken and written English + Hindi/Gujarati Presentable and polished personality Ability to connect with high-net-worth individuals Strong listening and consultative approach (not pushy selling) Should have an eye for aesthetics and passion for design.
