Role & responsibilities The Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) plays a critical role in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, guiding them through the property buying process, and ensuring a seamless post-sales experience. The role involves customer engagement, query resolution, coordination with internal teams, and supporting sales functions to enhance client satisfaction and retention. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for new and existing clients, ensuring timely communication and assistance throughout the property transaction process. Understand customer requirements and provide suitable property recommendations based on budget, location preferences, and investment goals.. Manage customer queries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism, aiming for swift resolution and customer satisfaction. Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage referrals, repeat business, and positive brand image. Prepare daily/weekly reports on client interactions, feedback, and property status updates for internal review. Preferred candidate profile Graduate in any discipline; MBA/Real Estate diploma is a plus 1-3 years of experience in customer service or sales (real estate preferred) Good communication and interpersonal skills Customer-focused with strong relationship-building ability Basic knowledge of sales, negotiation, and real estate market trends Well-presented, self-motivated, and target-oriented
