Ability to understand, read and write clear Vanilla JavaScript code
Excellent knowledge in SCSS
Familiar with CSS BEM naming methodology
Familiar with dept_base SFCC cartridge is very important because same principles apply
Ability to build reusable Page Designer components
Clear understanding of content slots and content assets
Optimizely or Sitespect A/B test familiarity is a huge bonus, but not crucial as it can be learnt
Ability to be proactive when stuck
Ability to give concise daily updates, raise flags on-time (if deadlines can/cant be met)
Ability to understand client needs, also offer solutions
