We are looking for a Warehouse Manager who will oversee our end-to-end warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, smooth order processing, and seamless reverse logistics critical to our "Try Before You Buy" experience. Key Responsibilities Inventory Management & Control Maintain accurate stock records and oversee regular audits. Implement inventory tracking systems to minimize shrinkage, damages, and stockouts. Coordinate with Category Managers & Vendors for product inflow/outflow. Order Fulfillment & Reverse Logistics Ensure fast and accurate picking, packing, and dispatching of customer orders. Manage reverse logistics for returned trial items, ensuring quality checks and restocking. Align warehouse processes with Sevoras "Try Before You Buy" service model. Team & Process Management Lead and train warehouse staff for efficiency, accuracy, and safety. Implement SOPs for warehouse operations, focusing on scalability and luxury service standards. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational regulations. Technology & Automation Work with the operations and tech team to integrate WMS (Warehouse Management System). Identify opportunities for process automation to optimize speed and accuracy. P&L & Cost Efficiency Manage warehouse operating costs while maintaining high-quality service levels. Monitor KPIs: order accuracy, turnaround time, returns handling, and customer satisfaction impact. Ensure alignment with Sevora’s operational budgets and P&L goals. Key Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of e-commerce warehouse & logistics operations (multi-vendor/marketplace preferred). Expertise in inventory management, reverse logistics, and vendor coordination . Ability to lead and motivate warehouse teams under fast-paced conditions. Proficiency in WMS, ERP systems, and operational dashboards . Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and cost optimization skills. Excellent communication, leadership, and execution ability. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Operations (MBA preferred). 5–8 years of experience in warehouse management; experience in fashion/luxury e-commerce is a plus. Hands-on experience in last mile delivery , reverse logistics, or multi-vendor marketplace will be an advantage.

Role Overview We are looking for a seasoned E-commerce Operations Manager to take full ownership of Sevoras operational backbone. This role focuses on P&L, logistics, and execution , ensuring seamless operations for our unique “Try Before You Buy” model . The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end delivery and reverse logistics, building SOPs, driving operational efficiency, and maintaining Sevora’s luxury service promise. Key Responsibilities Operational Excellence & Logistics Own the full order lifecycle: request stylist-assisted delivery at-home trial purchase/return. Manage delivery and reverse logistics, ensuring efficiency, speed, and security. Build and enforce SOPs to standardize Sevora’s “Try Before You Buy” model. Coordinate with logistics partners and in-house delivery teams to optimize routes, turnaround time, and service quality. Financial Accountability (P&L Ownership) Manage and monitor operational P&L, balancing costs (last-mile delivery, reverse logistics, packaging) with profitability. Optimize cost-to-serve without compromising on luxury service. Track and report KPIs such as: On-time delivery & pickup rate Trial-to-purchase conversion Return % vs. purchase % Customer retention & satisfaction scores Operational cost per order Customer Experience & Service Quality Ensure flawless execution of Sevora’s luxury customer journey , including stylist-assisted trials. Key Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related fields. 5–10 years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in multi-vendor marketplaces. Strong track record in P&L ownership and operational cost management. Expertise in logistics, reverse logistics, and last-mile delivery models. Analytical mindset with ability to use data for process optimization. Leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
