Motion Graphics Artist – Job Description Company: Setframe Productions Location: 2nd floor, Accord Classic Chs Ltd, 204, Station Rd, above Anupum Stationery, Peru Baug, Aarey Rd, Goregaon, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400063 Job Type: Full-Time About the Role Setframe Productions is looking for a talented and creative Motion Graphics Artist who can bring ideas to life through modern, high-quality animation, visual design, and video editing. The ideal candidate should have strong command over design software and the ability to work on TVCs, ads, promos, social media videos, explainer videos, and branding content. Key Responsibilities Create high-quality motion graphics, animation, and visual effects for ads, TVCs, and brand videos. Design and animate graphics, titles, transitions, and logo animations. Edit videos and assemble raw footage using Premiere Pro and After Effects. Work closely with the creative director and production team to understand project requirements. Convert storyboards, scripts, and concepts into engaging visual output. Design elements in Illustrator, Photoshop & CorelDRAW (CDR). Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and visual style. Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. Stay updated with the latest design trends, plugins, and motion techniques. Required Software Skills Adobe After Effects – Motion design, compositing, keying, tracking, template creation. Adobe Premiere Pro – Video editing, audio mixing, color corrections. Adobe Illustrator – Vector design, icons, elements. Adobe Photoshop – Image editing, matte painting, assets creation. CorelDRAW (CDR) – Print designs and vector assets. Bonus: Cinema 4D, Blender, or 3D knowledge (optional but preferred). Experience-Based Versions 1 to 3 Years Experience – Junior Motion Graphics Artist Responsibilities: Assist in creating motion graphics and editing video content. Support senior designers with assets and basic animations. Work on social media videos, explainer videos, and simple brand animations. Follow project guidelines and improve skills with feedback. Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in motion design or video editing. Strong basics in After Effects, Premiere Pro & Illustrator. 3 to 7 Years Experience – Mid-Level Motion Graphics Artist Responsibilities: Independently handle animation projects from concept to final output. Create professional-level motion graphics for ads, TVCs & corporate videos. Lead small design tasks and coordinate with clients or internal teams when needed. Develop advanced animations, transitions, VFX elements, and templates. Requirements: 3–7 years of creative industry experience. Strong design sense & experience with high-quality commercial content. 7 to 15 Years Experience – Senior Motion Graphics Artist Responsibilities: Lead the motion graphics division for Setframe Productions. Conceptualize & supervise complex animation projects. Mentor junior designers and maintain production pipeline quality. Work directly with directors, producers & clients for high-end TVC deliverables. Innovate with new design trends, 3D elements & advanced workflows. Requirements: 7–15+ years of strong experience in high-end motion graphics. Portfolio showcasing premium ads, brand films & professional broadcast-level work.
