Role Description This is a full-time on-site Faculty role located in Dehradun with Servo Hospitality School. The Faculty member will be responsible for delivering lectures, designing and updating course content, conducting practical training sessions, and evaluating student performance. Additional responsibilities include mentoring students, participating in curriculum development, and contributing to academic and extracurricular activities to ensure holistic student development. Qualifications Strong understanding of Hotel Management and/or Culinary Arts with the ability to teach foundational and advanced concepts Proficiency in mentoring, guiding, and supporting students in their academic and professional development Excellent communication, public speaking, and presentation skills Experience in curriculum design and content development Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and industry professionals Master’s / Bachelor degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field Prior teaching experience in a relevant field, along with practical industry experience A passion for mentoring and inspiring the next generation of hospitality leaders
