Job Description

The Services Delivery Manager ensures efficient and effective managed services by optimizing resources, driving service improvements, and maintaining customer satisfaction, while also overseeing network design, deployment, integration, and transformation to deliver high-quality support and operational excellence. You have: Graduate or Postgraduate in Engineering with 10+ years of experience in project management within the software and network industry. Strong understanding of networking, IP networks, and software development. Proven experience managing client-facing engagements and distributed delivery teams. PMP certification or equivalent project management certification. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities. It would be nice if you also had: Expertise in project management tools and best practices. Excellent written, verbal, and cross-cultural communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with executive leadership and senior stakeholders. Plan, design, deploy, and integrate network solutions based on customer requirements. Provide technical support and operational management for IT and telecom services. Conduct network upgrades and optimizations to improve performance. Work closely with customers to ensure seamless service delivery and satisfaction. Develop expertise in network transformation and automation strategies. Gain hands-on experience with troubleshooting and maintaining advanced network solutions. Enhance skills in network design, deployment, and integration methodologies. Strengthen collaboration, problem-solving, and communication skills in a global environment.
