- Lead and drive the implementation process while delivering high levels of service to ensure optimal solutions for customers.
- Transform customer data using SQL to create models for process analysis.
- Design and implement innovative analyses and operational apps, enriching them with AI or Machine Learning algorithms to make processes transparent and automated.
- Analyze data to identify inefficiencies and suggest approaches to overcome them.
- Quantify business and financial potential and present relevant KPIs and improvement areas to management.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and conduct value workshops to develop business cases.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT-Consulting, Management Consulting, Process Improvement, or a similar area.
- Proficiency with SQL or other programming languages (Python, R, Matlab) and a strong interest in Big Data, Data Mining, and Process Mining.
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with various customers to understand and interpret business processes.
- Excellent analytical skills, well-organized, and quick learner.
- Business acumen is a strong plus, supporting the ability to understand client needs, identify value drivers, and deliver strategic, impact-driven recommendations.
- Successfully completed studies in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information-oriented Business Administration/Economics, Mathematics, or a comparable degree program.
