Role & responsibilities JD for Servicenow Tester- Around 5-6 years of experience in IT industry and 3years ServiceNow Testing in ITSM, ITOM, HRSD etc. Minimum of 2-3 years experience on ServiceNow Automated test framework ServiceNow automation tool. Should be able to build, maintain and execute ATF scripts for ITSM, HRSD, ITOM Modules. Should have experience in Defect Management. Should be able to define the test strategy and test plan. Should have experience in doing component, integrations and E2E testing. Should collaborate with multiple teams. Should have involved in the client interactions and meetings. Should be good in reporting to the stakeholders. Should possess good communication skills. Experience Range 3 to 8 years Location Across all Infosys DCs
