Must-Have:

Minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow Developers with ITSM and CMDB
Install, configure, and integrate software products from ServiceNow
Experience with large-scale, enterprise ITSM implementations
Ability to prioritize multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience designing, developing, and implementing business applications in ITIL, CMDB, Service Catalog, Change Management, Incident Management, Case Management and Performance Analytics
Certification in ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in ITSM module.
