Job Description

Implementation Configuration: Lead the implementation and configuration of ServiceNow SPM modules, including Demand Management, Project Portfolio Management (PPM), and Application Portfolio Management (APM). Customize workflows, dashboards, and reports to meet business needs and enhance visibility into project performance. Portfolio Management: Develop and maintain project portfolio management processes to evaluate, prioritize, and manage project demand and resources. Collaborate with business leaders to align project initiatives with strategic goals and objectives. Resource Demand Management: Manage resource allocation and capacity planning to ensure optimal utilization of resources across projects. Assist in the demand management process by facilitating demand intake, evaluation, and selection. Monitoring Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting mechanisms to track project and portfolio performance. Provide regular status updates and analytical reports to stakeholders, facilitating informed decision-making. User Training Support: Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users and stakeholders on SPM processes and tools. Provide ongoing support and guidance to users, addressing any issues or concerns related to the SPM application. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with ServiceNow releases and enhancements, ensuring that the organization leverages new features and best practices. Identify opportunities for process improvements and actively contribute to the continuous enhancement of portfolio management practices. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field. Experience: 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow SPM or related project portfolio management tools. Proven experience in implementing and configuring ServiceNow modules, especially in Demand and Project Portfolio Management. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform, including reporting tools, dashboards, and scripting (JavaScript, Glide API). Experience with ITIL best practices and project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall). Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in SPM. Project Management Professional (PMP) or Agile certifications.
