Job Description

Key Responsibilities: - Develop advanced configurations of ServiceNow components like workflows, audits, business rules, and catalog items to meet business requirements. - Keep the ServiceNow platform updated through regular patching, upgrades, and resolving health scan issues. - Conduct code and configuration reviews to ensure compliance with best practices and recommendations. - Monitor and optimize plugins for optimal performance levels. - Promote a culture of quality service and security by design, implementing procedures for security and regulatory compliance. - Analyze technical issues and provide solutions while staying updated on current trends and best practices. - Collaborate with internal customers to understand their business needs and priorities within the enterprise and strategy context. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 6 years of IT Development experience with at least 4 years as a ServiceNow developer, focusing on modules like ITSM, ITOM, HR, and WSD. - Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting languages such as JavaScript, Angular JS, Bootstrap, and Jelly Script. - Strong knowledge of IT Infrastructure, including Servers, Network equipment, Storage devices, PCs, etc. - Flexibility for on-call responsibilities, including maintenance and outages. - Expertise in Web technologies like Web Services, XML, HTML, CSS, HTTP, etc. (Preferred). - Experience with enterprise tools such as Visio, Lucid Chart, Teams, Confluence, and Jira. - Deep understanding of ServiceNow mid-server architecture, with extensive experience in ServiceNow Discovery (preferred). - Familiarity with ServiceNow's Common Services Data Model (CSDM) and working in a regulated global company environment (preferred). - Exceptional knowledge of ITIL processes or ServiceNow Admin/CMDB Certifications (preferred).
