• Experience with working with Product Owners/Managers and maintain Product Backlog • Plan the agenda for a 2-week sprint. • Define, measure, and improve using KPIs like Burndown chart and Velocity • Add acceptance criteria to the User Stories in the Sprint Plan. • Plan and run the daily stand up, • Creating a plan to deliver a working solution. • Backlog Refinement, Packaging, Deployment, and Release • Facilitate Scrum events. • Support PI execution. • Coach teams to constantly improve.
