Job Description

Role & responsibilities

As a ServiceNow IRM Developer/Consultant, you will design, configure, and implement ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management solutions for our clients. You will contribute toward building scalable and best-practice-aligned GRC/IRM capabilities on the ServiceNow platform, enhancing how organizations manage risk, compliance, and governance.

Key Responsibilities

Implement ServiceNow IRM/GRC modules including:

Policy & Compliance Management
Risk Management
Audit Management
Vendor Risk Management
Regulatory Change Management

Configure workflows, automations, business rules, client scripts, integrations, dashboards, and reporting.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and translate business requirements.
Ensure alignment with ServiceNow platform standards and upgrade compatibility.
Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues proactively.
Maintain high-quality functional and technical documentation.

Preferred candidate profile

3+ years of experience working with ServiceNow IRM/GRC modules.
Strong proficiency in ServiceNow configuration and backend scripting (JavaScript, Glide, etc.).
Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and system automation.
Ability to independently drive solution development and implementation.
ServiceNow certifications such as:

Certified System Administrator (CSA)
IRM/GRC Certifications (Preferred)

Nice to Have

Knowledge of SecOps, Business Continuity Management (BCM), or Vulnerability Response.
Exposure to enterprise implementations and Agile delivery.
Strong communication, consulting, and problem-solving skills.
