Job Description

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing, configuring, and managing the ServiceNow HRSD platform. This role involves collaborating with HR and IT teams to enhance employee experiences, streamline HR processes, and automate service delivery. Key Responsibilities: Implementation Configuration: Lead the design, implementation, and configuration of the ServiceNow HRSD module to improve HR service delivery. Customize workflows, forms, and dashboards in ServiceNow to meet HR operational needs. Process Optimization: Analyze and optimize HR processes using ServiceNow to ensure efficient service delivery for employee inquiries, requests, and issues. Implement automated solutions for standard HR requests through the HR Service Portal. User Training Support: Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for HR staff and end-users on using the HRSD platform. Provide ongoing support and guidance to HR teams and employees regarding HR services and inquiries. System Administration: Manage the HRSD application s day-to-day operations, including user access, data integrity, and performance monitoring. Collaborate with IT to ensure system availability, security, and compliance with company policies. Reporting Analytics: Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track HR service delivery metrics, user satisfaction, and process performance. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement based on data analysis. Project Management: Participate in cross-functional projects to integrate HRSD with other ServiceNow modules and third-party systems. Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and execute HR-related initiatives effectively. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow, specifically in HRSD or related HR technologies. Proven track record of implementing and managing ServiceNow HR Service Delivery modules. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform, including HRSD application components. Familiarity with ServiceNow reporting tools and best practices for dashboard creation. Basic knowledge of scripting languages (JavaScript, Glide API) for customizations is a plus. Soft Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Preferred Qualifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in HRSD. Knowledge of HR processes and compliance regulations.
