About this Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team at VOIS, based in Pune or Bangalore. This hybrid role is ideal for individuals with over 4 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the implementation, development, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform, with a strong focus on ITSM, CSM, integrations, and scripting. The role demands a collaborative mindset, a deep understanding of business logic, and the ability to work within agile frameworks.

Note : This role is heavily inclined towards integration , scripting.

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end development of ServiceNow applications, modules, and customisations
• Design and enhance Service Portals to maximise platform capabilities
• Implement and manage complex third-party integrations using web services and plugins
• Maintain and optimise Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and Asset Management processes
• Facilitate agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups and sprint planning
• Align developed code with business logic and complex implementation requirements
• Create and maintain documentation for development and compliance purposes
• Collaborate with developers, administrators, and analysts to ensure seamless testing and communication
• Ensure adherence to best practices, standards, and security protocols
• Provide training and share knowledge on Automated Test Framework (ATF) scripting and testing methodologies
• Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow developments and recommend platform improvements

Who you are

• A ServiceNow Developer with 4+ years of hands-on experience
• Proficient in ITSM, CSM, Service Portal, and scripting within the ServiceNow platform
• Experienced in managing integrations using web services and plugins
• Familiar with ATF and ServiceNow development best practices
• Holds relevant technical and professional qualifications in ServiceNow
• Comfortable working in agile environments and collaborating across cross-functional teams
