Primary Title: ServiceNow Developer

About The Opportunity

A leader in IT Services & Consulting focused on Enterprise IT Service Management (ITSM) and digital workflow automation. We deliver secure, scalable ServiceNow solutions that streamline operations, accelerate incident-to-resolution cycles, and modernize employee and customer service experiences. This is an on-site role based in India supporting implementation, customization and integrations across enterprise IT landscapes.Role & Responsibilities

Design, develop and deploy ServiceNow customizations and scoped applications across ITSM, Service Catalog, CMDB and related modules.
Author and maintain server-side and client-side scripts (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions) using GlideRecord and platform APIs.
Build and manage Flow Designer workflows, IntegrationHub spokes, and REST/SOAP integrations for third-party systems and automation use-cases.
Implement Service Catalog items, catalog workflows, variables and approval logic; manage update sets, application scopes and release packaging.
Perform unit testing, create Automated Test Framework (ATF) tests, troubleshoot incidents, and optimize performance for production traffic.
Collaborate with architects, product owners and operations teams to translate requirements into robust, maintainable solutions and document designs and runbooks.
