Role Overview: You will be responsible for utilizing your knowledge and experience in your discipline to perform a variety of routine tasks and assignments. You will continue to build your understanding of the organization and processes, receiving a moderate level of guidance and direction. Your role will involve analyzing and resolving a range of mainly straightforward problems following prescribed guidelines or procedures. Additionally, you may train new team members and provide input to employee performance evaluations while working with a moderate level of guidance. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain system integrations using REST, SOAP, and other web-based technologies (HTTP, AJAX, XML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript). - Demonstrate strong coding skills in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, C++). - Utilize JavaScript frameworks such as AngularJS, Node.js, jQuery, Apache Jelly, or React to build dynamic and responsive user interfaces. - Have a solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles. - Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git). - Develop and implement Employee Centre, SAM, HAM, HRSD, and ITSM modules ensuring solutions adhere to ITIL best practices and internal governance standards. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions. - Write efficient, scalable, and maintainable code, and participate in code reviews and team knowledge sharing. - Perform system testing, deployment of ServiceNow applications and modules, and troubleshoot technical issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations. Qualifications Required: - Experience between 4-6 years - ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (SAM or HAM or HRSD) - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator - ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (Optional) Additional Company Details: The company may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
