5+ years of
software development
experience
Minimum
5+ years in ServiceNow
application development or product implementation
Hands-on experience in
end-to-end implementations
across 2+ modules:
HRSD / ITSM / CSM / FSM / ITBM / Discovery / Service Mapping / GRC
(HRSD experience is a strong plus!)
Strong back-end expertise:
Catalog Items, Record Producers, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Data Policies, Business Rules, UI Actions
Expertise in
ServiceNow Integrations

Integration Hub, REST, SOAP, Data Sources, Import Sets, Transform Maps
Experience with
Flow Designer
&
Integration Hub

Understanding of
DevOps
