Job Description

Role: ServiceNow Developer Required Technical Skill: Set ServiceNow Work Location: Kolkata/PAN INDIA Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency) Must-Have: Functional knowledge and implementation experience of IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks and ITIL Foundation knowledge. Change Management, Incident Management, Problem management, Knowledge management. Reporting and Dashboard. Advance reporting of ITSM pro. Service catalog and workflow. CMDB knowledge: CMDB Baseline, CI Class, Relationship, ETL, CI class Manager, IRE rule, CMDB health. Integration: REST and SOAP User access, creation of group, role Business rule and client script knowledge Script includes, UI policy, Data policy, UI action How to create ACL (Access level control). SLA (Service level agreement) Notification (Inbound and outbound) Good-to-Have: JavaScript , HTML, MS Excel, Word, -Customer Communication Role descriptions / Expectations from the Role: 1. Develops ServiceNow software solutions using JavaScript 2. Configuration Management (CMDB) 3. Administration of Knowledge Base and Service Catalog 4. Prepares reports on analyses 5. Integrate ServiceNow application(s) with third party systems/applications via APIs Virtual Drive on 21st May 2025 between 10AM-5PM for 30min. Show more Show less
