Job Description

Role & responsibilities Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring seamless integration with third-party plugins. Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient ServiceNow solutions. Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications, including workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts. Perform integration of ServiceNow with external applications and third-party tools using APIs, MID servers, and web services. Evaluate, install, and configure ServiceNow plugins to enhance system capabilities. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to ServiceNow platform and integrations. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and team members. Ensure compliance with ServiceNow best practices, security standards, and governance policies. - Conduct performance tuning and optimization of ServiceNow applications. Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow releases and recommend upgrades or enhancements. Key Skills: Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules ITSM is must and any two modules our of ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, and CSM. Hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes, etc.). Expertise in integrating ServiceNow with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and web services. Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Orchestration. - Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data model, and performance optimization techniques. Familiarity with ServiceNow UI/UX customization, including Portal development. - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) preferred. Preferred candidate profile Strong experience in managing and implementing CMDB, ServiceNow integrations, and ITSM modules.
