Servicenow Developer (ITOM)

Job Description

Required Skills & Experience: 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow ITOM Development (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Orchestration). Strong knowledge of ITSM, CMDB, and ITOM architecture . Expertise in Cloud Networking, Multi-Cloud Discovery, and Hybrid IT Operations . Strong Service Portal development with AngularJS, JavaScript, and Glide APIs . Experience in advanced scripting (JavaScript, MID Server Scripting, Scripted REST APIs, Workflow Scripting) . Knowledge of network topology, VLANs, Subnets, Firewalls, and Load Balancers . Experience in ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services, and Integration Hub . Familiarity with Terraform, Ansible, Kubernetes, and Cloud Automation . Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills for CMDB, Discovery, and MID Server issues . ServiceNow certifications (CIS-ITOM, CSA, CAD) are a plus.
