Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions for ITSM, CSM, and HRSD modules.
Customize ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, Glide APIs, UI policies, and workflows.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Build and maintain workflows, business rules, client scripts, and integrations with third-party systems.
Maintain and enhance existing ServiceNow modules and ensure system stability.
Conduct unit testing, UAT support, and deployment activities.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow-related issues.
Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow releases and best practices.
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
Strong expertise in ITSM, CSM, and HRSD modules.
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting.
Experience with ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.
Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and integration techniques.
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or similar certification preferred.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Knowledge of CMDB, Discovery, and Performance Analytics.
Exposure to HR workflows and employee lifecycle automation.
Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team setup.
