As a ServiceNow L3 Developer, your role involves advanced development, configuration, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform. With a minimum of 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, you will lead complex projects, provide technical expertise, and ensure the platform meets the evolving needs of the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize Workflow Studio to design and manage playbooks, flows, sub flows, actions, data streams, and decision tables within a unified interface. - Lead the development and customization of ServiceNow applications. - Design and implement complex automated workflows and processes to enhance operational efficiency. - Oversee the integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using web services, APIs, and other integration tools. - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers. - Analyze and resolve advanced technical issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations and optimize system performance. - Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications. Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and deliver tailored ServiceNow solutions. - Monitor system performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement performance enhancements. Qualifications: - Education: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus. - Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development with a focus on complex projects and integrations. - Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Transform Maps, Workflows, REST APIs, Integration Hub spokes etc. - Working Experience with ITSM Pro products e.g., Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, and Performance Analytics. - Certifications: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer and ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certifications are required. Additional certifications in ITIL, ITSM, or related areas are highly desirable. - Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and leadership abilities, and a proactive approach to learning and development. Preferred Skills: - Experience with ServiceNow CMDB and Asset Management. - Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools. - Experience with ServiceNow workspaces including UI Builder. - Experience with ServiceNow Now Assist products.
