Job Title: ServiceNow Developer & configuration of workflows within SNOW - this is super mandatoryLocation: Pune, Bangalore, Gurugram Experience: 8+ Years Job Type: Full-Time J Key Responsibilities: Develop and configure ServiceNow workflows , business rules, and UI policies tailored for the Pharma industry and Product MDM . Customize and enhance ServiceNow modules to meet pharmaceutical regulatory and compliance requirements . Integrate ServiceNow with MDM platforms to ensure seamless product data management and governance . Work on Service Catalog, Incident, Change, Problem Management, and ITSM/ITOM modules . Optimize and troubleshoot ServiceNow applications for performance, scalability, and data integrity. Collaborate with business teams to understand pharma-specific MDM challenges and translate them into ServiceNow solutions . Ensure compliance with industry standards like HIPAA, GxP, and FDA regulations . Required Skills: 6+ years of ServiceNow development experience , with a focus on workflow configuration . Strong expertise in Product Master Data Management (MDM) solutions within the Pharma domain . Experience in ServiceNow API integrations (REST/SOAP) with MDM systems . Hands-on experience in custom UI development using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS (preferred) . Knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, and data governance processes . Strong problem-solving skills and experience in an Agile development environment .
