Job Description

As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and customizing ServiceNow applications and modules based on business requirements. Your key responsibilities will include: - Implementing and configuring ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, and CMDB. - Developing custom workflows, UI policies, Catalog forms, business rules, and scripts to automate and enhance platform functionality. - Designing and maintaining front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Delivering improvements to ITSM practices that support multiple applications and multiple Lines of Business. - Designing and developing ServiceNow Tables, Fields, Forms, and Access Controls. - Automating the Business process with the ServiceNow platform using Flow Designer and/or Workflow Engine. - Providing support and troubleshooting issues related to ServiceNow applications, collaborating with end-users to resolve problems efficiently. - Contributing to the continuous improvement of ServiceNow processes and workflows. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience. - Minimum of 2+ years of ServiceNow development experience. - Demonstrated scripting capabilities in one or more of the common languages used by ServiceNow, including Java Script, HTML, Angular, etc. - Experience with development and implementation of ServiceNow ITSM modules such as Incident Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management, or other ITSM applications. - Experience in creating Catalog Forms, Business Rules, ACLs, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, UI Scripts, Scheduled Jobs, etc. - Experience in creating ServiceNow update sets, promoting and testing through multiple instances and into production. - Experience with ServiceNow client and server-side JavaScript and the ServiceNow APIs. - Fundamental understanding of Service Now Modules and networking concepts. In addition to the technical qualifications, you should have strong communication, presentation, and writing skills to effectively collaborate with team members and end-users. Please note that this is a full-time position with workdays from Monday to Friday, and the work location is in person.
