About Client Hiring for One of the Most Prestigious Multinational Corporations Job Title : ServiceNow Developer Experience : 5 to10 years Key Responsibilities : Develop and implement ServiceNow solutions for various ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and other ServiceNow modules. Customize and configure ServiceNow applications and services according to business requirements. Perform integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs, integration hubs, etc. Customize ServiceNow forms, UI pages, UI actions, and workflows. Write business rules, client scripts, and scripted REST APIs to extend platform functionality. Work with ServiceNow Orchestration and Virtual Agent to automate workflows and service processes. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues in the ServiceNow platform. Work closely with various teams to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively. Conduct regular system health checks, upgrades, and system patching. Ensure the ServiceNow platform is aligned with best practices and continuously improved. Work closely with business stakeholders and project managers to define requirements and deliver effective solutions. Collaborate with other developers and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integrations. Document ServiceNow solutions, customizations, and integrations. Provide training and knowledge transfer to junior developers and administrators. Technical Skills : Strong experience in ServiceNow development with hands-on expertise in ServiceNow modules like ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HR Service Delivery, or others. In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Scripted REST APIs, etc.). Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, JDBC, and other integration tools. Familiarity with ServiceNow Studio and Agile development practices. ServiceNow certifications (Certified Application Developer or similar) are highly desirable. Proficiency with JavaScript , HTML , XML , JSON , and other web technologies. Experience in configuring and developing Workflows and Flow Designer . Good understanding of ServiceNow security model and access controls. Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
