ServiceNow Data Architect - Vice President

As a ServiceNow Data Architect at State Street, your role involves designing, implementing, and managing ServiceNow solutions for CSDM, CMDB Taxonomy, and Data Warehousing. You will work alongside a geographically dispersed team of ServiceNow developers and administrators, utilizing your technical architecture expertise to ensure the smooth operation and enhancement of the ServiceNow platform. Key Responsibilities: - Define and lead the technical architecture for a large ServiceNow data platform, Data Lake, and reporting infrastructure. - Govern the CMDB Taxonomy and oversee CMDB Health remediation efforts. - Authorize and manage data exports of production data. - Drive the adoption of secure, sustainable, and performative data movement techniques. - Govern the adoption of the Common Service Data Model. - Partner with various teams to align technical roadmaps with business objectives. - Translate business requirements into data solutions and architectural strategies. - Identify and implement automation and process optimization opportunities within ServiceNow workflows. - Stay updated on ServiceNow product developments and industry trends to recommend improvements. Qualifications Required: - BE/BTech/Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - 10+ years of hands-on experience in data architecture, platform engineering, or data management. - 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow platform data architecture. - ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)/Certified System Administrator (CSA). - Certified Technical Architect (CTA). - ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certifications (e.g., Data Foundations, ITSM, HAM). - Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and/or other BI platforms. - Deep understanding of ServiceNow data schema and architecture, particularly CMDB and CSDM. - Expertise in designing data ingestion, storage, processing, and orchestration, data modeling, governance, security, and privacy regulations.
