As a servicenow CSM, you will be responsible for leveraging your 6+ years of experience, with 6 years being relevant, in ServiceNow design, development, and implementation. Your main responsibilities will include: - Demonstrating expertise in CSM, SOM, and Integration. - Designing and developing ServiceNow solutions, including integrations with third-party tools. - Configuring Customer Service Management (CSM) and Order Management within ServiceNow. - Utilizing JavaScript for development tasks. - Understanding processes related to customer service management and order management. - Implementing and developing custom applications within ServiceNow, specifically in the CSM module. - Creating and managing Service Portal and Content Management solutions. - Developing web-based integrations such as SOAP, REST, and other types. - Implementing Service Request Management workflows. - Engaging in client discussions and requirement gathering. - Demonstrating strong communication and presentation skills. - Proficiency in AJAX, XML, JSON, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and Jelly Scripting. - Configuring various ServiceNow components like Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Scripts, UI Actions, UI Pages, Script Includes, and Access Control Lists. - Managing complex workflows and migrating solutions to higher environments. - Familiarity with Flow Designer and Integration Hub. - Maintaining excellent knowledge of ServiceNow best practices and staying updated on new features. You will be working in a hybrid mode across PAN India with immediate joiners preferred for this contract-to-hire position.
