Position: ServiceNow CSM Developer Location: Hyderabad - Work from Office Type: Full-Time Job Description: We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow CSM (Customer Service Management) Developer to design, develop, and implement solutions within the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CSM modules, workflows, and integrations, ensuring seamless automation and customer service process optimization. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow CSM applications, modules, and workflows to meet business requirements. Implement and customize CSM functionalities such as case management, service portals, knowledge management, and self-service capabilities. Develop and maintain complex ServiceNow applications using scripting (JavaScript), UI policies, business rules, and client scripts. Integrate ServiceNow CSM with third-party systems and APIs to enhance service delivery. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues related to CSM processes, configurations, and integrations. Work closely with business analysts, stakeholders, and end-users to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions. Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and governance. Perform unit testing and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) for new functionality. Required Skills: Strong experience with ServiceNow CSM (Customer Service Management) module development and configuration. Proficiency in JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and ServiceNow Scripting . Hands-on experience with workflows, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and CSM data models. Knowledge of ITIL processes and ServiceNow platform capabilities. Experience with ServiceNow Integration Hub for API integrations. Nice-to-Have Skills: Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, or other modules . Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management principles. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS-CSM) is a plus. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, with at least 2 years of experience in CSM module implementation . Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
