You are an experienced Platform Solution Consultant with over 8 years of expertise in ServiceNow development and consulting. Your role involves designing and implementing robust ServiceNow solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and adherence to best practices. You will be working with ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, integrations, Flow Designer, Service Graph Connector, and advanced scripting. Your key responsibilities include designing, developing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow applications and modules for optimal performance and usability. You will implement ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM processes in alignment with business needs. Additionally, you will develop platform capabilities through client scripts, business rules, script includes, UI policies, and UI actions. Furthermore, you will deploy and configure Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Cloud Management, and CMDB for ITOM solutions. You will optimize CMDB health, manage integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, Service Graph Connector, and MID Server. Automating workflows using Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, and Orchestration will also be part of your responsibilities. You will need to ensure platform governance by following coding standards, security policies, and instance performance best practices. Conducting periodic instance health checks, upgrades, and performance tuning will also fall under your responsibilities. Preferred qualifications for this role include having a ServiceNow CSA certification, while a ServiceNow CIS certification in ITSM, ITOM, or ITAM would be a plus. Experience with ServiceNow ATF and DevOps integrations, knowledge of Agile methodologies, and ITIL best practices are also desirable.
