Job Description

You will be working as a ServiceNow Consultant-ITOM in a PAN INDIA location in a hybrid mode. With over 8 years of industry experience, including 6 years specifically in the ServiceNow ITOM domain, you will have the opportunity to showcase your expertise in various ServiceNow ITOM modules such as Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration. Your role will involve a deep understanding of CMDB design, data integrity, and dependency mapping. It is essential to have familiarity with ITIL and ITOM best practices. Holding certifications such as ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and ITOM related certifications will be an added advantage. Your excellent communication and stakeholder management skills will be crucial for this role. In addition to the must-have skills, exposure to ServiceNow ITOM integrations with monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios, Splunk), knowledge of cloud discovery, and hybrid infrastructure management will be beneficial. Experience with automation frameworks, orchestration workflows, and advanced ITIL certifications or ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certifications are considered good-to-have skills. Familiarity with DevOps and AIOps concepts will also be advantageous in this role.,
