Description We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions in our organization. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform and a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions that meet business needs. Responsibilities Design and implement ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Develop custom applications and enhancements on the ServiceNow platform. Perform system administration tasks including user management, role assignments, and security controls. Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications using APIs and web services. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members and stakeholders. Ensure best practices and standards are followed in ServiceNow development and deployment. Skills and Qualifications 8-16 years of experience in ServiceNow implementation and administration. Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules including Incident, Problem, Change, and Asset Management. Experience in ServiceNow scripting (Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, etc.). Familiarity with ServiceNow ITIL processes and best practices. Proficient in ServiceNow integration techniques (REST, SOAP, etc.). ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer) are preferred. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
