Key Responsibilities Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications within the ServiceMax platform. Provide support and troubleshooting for ServiceMax applications, ensuring high availability and performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system enhancements and upgrades. Conduct data analysis and reporting on service performance metrics. Train and support end-users on best practices and system functionalities. Participate in project planning and execution for ServiceMax-related initiatives. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to service management and ServiceMax. Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. 3+ years of experience in ServiceMax analysis and implementation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management principles.
