Role & responsibilities Training Program Development: Assess training needs and develop comprehensive training programs and materials. Create and maintain training manuals, reference libraries, and other educational materials. Develop and deliver engaging training sessions, including classroom instruction, practical exercises, and on-the-job training. Training Delivery: Conduct training sessions, ensuring trainees understand the material and can apply their knowledge in real-world scenarios. Provide feedback and support to trainees, addressing their questions and concerns. Stay updated with the latest advancements in automotive technology and service procedures. Performance Evaluation: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement. Monitor trainee progress and provide constructive feedback. Conduct training needs analysis at dealerships or service centers. Other Responsibilities: Maintain the suitability and cleanliness of the training environment, including vehicles and training aids. Establish and maintain effective relationships with trainees and dealer networks. Contribute to the internal quality assurance of the technical training program. Preferred candidate profile Education and Experience: A strong technical background in automotive technology, with experience as a technician or mechanic is highly desirable. Relevant certifications or qualifications in automotive training or education. Experience in developing and delivering training programs. Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong knowledge of automotive systems, repair procedures, and safety protocols. Ability to adapt training methods to suit different learning styles. Ability to identify training needs and develop effective training solutions.
