Role & responsibilities:- Job Responsibilities: Assist in designing and implementing training programs for service department staff Conduct training sessions and workshops, both in-person and virtually, to ensure high skill levels across the service team Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics Coordinate with other departments to ensure effective collaboration and training integration Collaborate with management to identify training needs and prioritize areas for improvement Preparing Training Modules. Technical / Desired Skills: Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making. Proficient in CRM software and service management tools. Excellent leadership and team management abilities. Knowledge about Technical Publication Preparation. Behavioral Competencies desired: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with diverse clients. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities Education background-Essential: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
