Service Technician

As an experienced and professional candidate joining our team, you will be responsible for: - Installing and maintaining CCTV and IP surveillance systems, including cabling works. - Installing and configuring Biometric & Access Control devices and related software. - Performing network cabling and passive networking tasks such as I/O termination, RJ Crimping, Patch panel termination, Rack Dressing, Cable testing, etc. - Fixing and Installing Switches/Routers. - Demonstrating strong knowledge in Networking basics like IP config, Packet test, Connectivity, etc. - Educating customers on the proper handling of the delivered systems. To excel in this role, you should meet the following requirements: - Proven experience and strong knowledge in the aforementioned responsibilities. - Excellent troubleshooting skills. - Effective customer service and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. - Possession of a valid two-wheeler license and a two-wheeler. - High school diploma or equivalent with related qualifications. - Additional certifications will be an added advantage.
