Job Description

Job Responsibilities : Preparation of Digital Job Cards and getting it done from other team members . Implementation OF Digital Service Portal , Acting as a bridge between company and customers for service and documentation related process. Responsible to perform all service activities like attending to the customer complaint on timely basis, inspection of trailers, PDI. Installation and training of product and other activity as and where the need emerges, co-ordinating and reporting the manager for service-related activities. Required Skills Handling Cross Functional Teams Proven Field Service experience Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules Familiarity with mobile tools and applications Technical degree or certification Preferred Skill Building Good Customer Relationships; Providing timely service; Timely problem solving; Good Interpersonal Skills; Good Communication skills.
