Role Overview: The Service Team Leader will be responsible for managing a team of service executives, ensuring client satisfaction, driving efficiency, and maintaining service quality standards. The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach. Key Responsibilities: Team Management: Supervise and mentor a team of service executives. Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team performance. Monitor daily operations and ensure adherence to service SLAs. Customer Handling & Escalation Management: Address client concerns and resolve escalations promptly. Ensure a seamless customer experience by maintaining high-quality service delivery. Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track team performance and provide regular feedback. Generate reports on productivity, efficiency, and client satisfaction. Process Improvement & Compliance: Identify areas of improvement and implement best practices. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines. Coordination & Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (Sales, Finance, Legal) for smooth service execution. Communicate updates and changes in policies to the team. Key Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in a similar role (preferably in a compliance, taxation, or financial service domain). Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
