Our team is hiring for CSD - Assistant Managers (Location: Delhi |Coimbatore | Pune, Experience: 5 to 8 Years) for leading ICT Hardware company. Key responsibilities - • Responsible for overall region stroke/area for customer satisfaction. • Handle corporate customer queries related to the company products through phone, email, and chat. • Provide clear, accurate, and timely solutions to customer support issues. • Manage ASPs responsibly to handle customer issues and complaints, ensuring timely resolution to customer complaints. • Collaborate with the technical support and service teams to resolve more complex issues, ensuring customer satisfaction at all levels. Qualifications: • Educational background: Bachelors in computer science or related field. • Technical knowledge of IT Hardware. • Previous experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in the IT hardware industry. • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical issues in a clear and simple manner. • Problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
