Service Relationship Manager Team Lead, VP

Role Overview: As a Service Relationship Manager Team Lead, VP at the DWS COO Divisional Vendor Management Office (CooDVMO) in Pune, India, you will play a crucial role in managing all contract and vendor legal governance while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the processes related to third-party vendors and outsourcing, contributing to a large-scale transformation in the third-party risk management approach. Key Responsibilities: - Build and maintain an up-to-date analysis of DWS's compliance against Third Party Regulations. - Run the Regulatory Governance Forum, tracking the progress of new regulations and reporting risks and issues. - Create Points of View papers for internal audiences on new and emerging regulations. - Act as the primary contact for TPM issues, regulatory requests, and outsourcing governance forums. - Develop and implement a communications plan for External Engagement activities. - Contribute to the development of processes for effective management of Regulatory requests. - Produce a reporting framework for Regulatory engagement and manage a repository of related activities. - Respond to business and risk requests for information to support regulatory/audit responses. - Develop deep functional understanding of the Third-Party Risk Management process and associated platform functionality. Qualifications Required: - Deep understanding of key global third-party regulations such as MaRisk, EBA Outsourcing Guidelines, PRA SS1/21, PRA SS2/21, DORA, MAS, HKMA, etc. - Ability to influence and build collaborative relationships with stakeholders. - Strong project management and organizational skills. - Excellent communication skills and ability to develop credible content. - Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and drive engagement. - Strong attention to detail and ability to identify innovative solutions.
