Job Summary : We are seeking a skilled and experienced ServiceNow HRSD Functional Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in ServiceNow HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery) to design, implement, and optimize HR processes for our organization. You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, lead the end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow HRSD modules, and ensure alignment with business needs. Key Responsibilities: *Design and configure ServiceNow HRSD modules. *Lead end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow HRSD projects, encompassing scoping, planning, execution, and delivery. *Provide hands-on expertise in ITIL process implementation, HR table structures, application scoping, and other technical areas related to HRSD. *Troubleshoot issues, resolve defects, and provide ongoing support for ServiceNow HRSD implementations. Role Requirements and Qualifications: *Minimum of 5-7 years of related work experience, with at least 3-5 years in implementing HRSD solutions. *Hands-on experience with ITIL process implementation, HR table structure, application scoping, and modern programming languages. *Deep understanding of the HRSD Module within ServiceNow. *Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze HR process requirements. *Design and configure ServiceNow HRSD modules, including Case and Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center, Lifecycle Events, and more.
